- Please reconfirm the number of guests. If the number of guests on your Reservation differs from the actual number, a penalty of JPY 10,000 per unauthorized additional guest per day will be charged.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Room and in the toilet. A penalty of JPY 10,000 will be charged for any violation.
- To avoid disturbing neighbors, please keep noise down after 8:00 PM and refrain from speaking loudly in the hallway or elevator.
- Please dispose of all trash in the trash bin (do not leave trash on the floor or on the bed).
- Indoor slippers must be used indoors only (do not use them in the bathroom or on the balcony).
- If you check out after 11:00 AM without prior approval, a penalty of JPY 500 per 10 minutes will be charged.
- If you lose the portable Wi-Fi device, you must pay JPY 40,000 to purchase a replacement.
- If you lose the Room key, you must pay a key replacement fee of JPY 20,000 to make a new key.
