- Please double-check the number of guests. If there is a discrepancy between the reserved and actual number of guests, a penalty of 10,000 yen per additional unauthorized guest per day will be charged.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and in the restroom! A violation will result in a penalty of 10,000 yen.
- To avoid disturbing neighbors, please lower noise levels after 8 PM and refrain from loud voices in hallways or elevators.
- Please dispose of all trash in designated bins (do not leave trash on floors or beds).
- Indoor slippers must only be used indoors (do not use them in bathrooms or on balconies).
- If you check out after 11 AM without prior approval, a penalty fee of 500 yen will be charged for every additional 10 minutes.
- In case you lose the portable Wi-Fi device, you will need to pay 40,000 yen to purchase a replacement device.
- If you lose your room key, you must pay a key replacement fee of 20,000 yen for creating new keys.
