  • I visited on an inexpensive day before the Obon holidays.

The facilities were clean, and the meals were delicious. They had a great selection of thoughtful pet amenities, which we really appreciated. Karaoke was also affordable at 500 yen per person per hour. We’d love to visit again in winter.

  • We had a very relaxing stay.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our lack of preparation, but you responded sincerely even during a busy time. The Facility, Room, and bath were flawless, and we were very satisfied. As for the meals, we felt that a few dishes were somewhat low in quality. The grilled fish at breakfast was the worst we have ever had.
