Additionally, the facility includes a private sauna—a Finnish-style electric sauna—for your relaxation. Right in front of the sauna room is a dedicated cooling area for ultimate comfort and rejuvenation. Enjoy quality time with your family or close friends to your heart's content!

Iritahama Beach, renowned for its top-rated "AA" water quality.
Iritahama Beach in Shimoda, famous across the whole country for its white sandy shores, is just a 5-minute drive from the city center. Known as a surfing spot, it also hosts numerous competitions. Perfect for swimming and ideal for a baby's first beach experience.
Stay with your beloved dog.
Our accommodation allows you to stay with your beloved dog. Up to three dogs of any size are welcome. There is no accommodation fee for your dog, but we do not provide supplies for pets. Please bring your dog's usual items with you.
Relax in the outdoor lounge.
The deck facing the garden features a spacious sofa for your relaxation. With a roof overhead, you can enjoy it even in light wind or rain. The round table in the center transforms into a bioethanol fireplace during winter. Gather around the warm flames and enjoy moments of togetherness.
Sunset Beach.
Waking up early to watch the sunrise is delightful, but taking a barefoot stroll along the beach at sunset is equally refreshing.
A symbolic tree over 300 years old.
At the center of the garden's greenery stands a majestic olive tree over 300 years old, brought all the way from Spain. During your stay, take a moment to admire its remarkable vitality.
