At Yasuragi no Yado Yufu, we offer four Onsen baths in total: two open-air baths with free-flowing natural hot spring water and two indoor baths. The spring quality is sodium chloride spring—an acidic, mineral-rich bath. It is known for its excellent heat-retaining properties, helping you stay warm long after bathing. Because it warms the body thoroughly and cools slowly, it is also called “the hot bath.” An open-air bath while feeling the night breeze is a special space that warms both body and mind. Enjoy the luxurious waters of Beppu Kannawa. Each bath features its own unique design and is available by Reservation only, allowing you to enjoy a private moment.

We welcome you with Bungo regional cuisine made with an abundance of local ingredients, including the famous “Jigoku-mushi” (hell-steaming) using Onsen steam, Oita Wagyu steak, whole sashimi platters of Seki horse mackerel, Seki mackerel, and flounder, and Oita’s specialty chicken tempura (toriten).
The renovated rooms feature a modern blend of Japanese and Western design.
