  • Notice of a Full-Building Power Outage on November 16

    [Important Notice (For guests staying on Monday, November 16, 2026)]

    This notice also applies to guests on a Multiple Night Stay whose stay includes November 16.
    Please be sure to read the information below.

    Monday, November 16, 2025 13:00–15:00
    Due to a legally required electrical inspection, there will be a building-wide power outage during the above hours.

    All electrical equipment will be unavailable, including the in-house elevators and in-room lighting, TV, refrigerator, toilet, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and other electrical facilities.
    The outage is scheduled to end at 15:00; however, depending on circumstances it may extend past 15:00. Thank you for your understanding.
    In addition, while the large public bath and sauna normally open from 15:00, opening may be delayed depending on conditions on the day.
    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.
