- We strictly do not accept stays by all-male groups of two or more guests.
- Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. BBQs and eating/drinking on the outdoor deck are allowed until 9:00 PM only. The sauna and outdoor sanitary room may be used after 9:00 PM, but please keep your voices down and be considerate of our neighbors.
- If an all-male group makes a Reservation, we will Cancel the Reservation from our side.
- If any false information is found in your Reservation, or if there is any rule violation on the day (e.g., arrival as an all-male group, late-night noise), you may be required to leave immediately at any time, day or night.
In such cases, no refund of the Accommodation Fee will be provided.
