Atami Base

- Submission of guest information (passport/ID for foreign nationals) is mandatory. Entry is prohibited for anyone other than the number of guests declared at the time of reservation.
For security purposes and to prevent unauthorized access or misuse, security cameras are installed outdoors.

- Please keep noise levels down after 8 PM, especially when conversing outdoors or with windows open. Complaints from neighbors may result in a penalty fee, so please be mindful.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the accommodation. If smoking is detected through cigarette butts or odors, a penalty fee will be charged.

- The use of fireworks, candles, and any open flames is strictly prohibited (including indoors, gardens, roadsides, and all outdoor areas).

- Pets are not allowed on the premises.

- Please use bedding only for the number of guests declared at reservation. Additional usage beyond this will incur extra cleaning fees. Extra beds are available as an option (2,544 yen) upon request only.

- Smoking is permitted outdoors only; please bring a portable ashtray and take your cigarette waste with you when leaving.

- In case house rules or terms of use are violated, penalty fees as well as repair or compensation costs (minimum 50,000 yen) will apply.
Depending on circumstances, immediate eviction may also occur.
