[Regulations for Staying with Your Dog]

Your dog must have received a rabies vaccination and a 5-in-1 or higher combination vaccine at least two weeks but less than one year prior to your stay (proof required in advance).
Your dog must not be at risk of zoonotic diseases.
Your dog must not be undergoing treatment or recovery for illness or injury.
Your dog must have been groomed within four days, including the day of check-in.

Dogs are required to wear diapers or similar items inside the facility to prevent accidents and marking.
Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms.
Owners entering bedrooms should remove any pet hair from their clothing beforehand.
Leaving your dog unattended is generally prohibited (if unavoidable, use a crate).
Any damage caused by your dog to the building, furniture, fixtures, plants, etc., including accidents, will incur repair costs payable by you.
If harm is caused to other guests or neighbors by your dog, you will be responsible for medical expenses and compensation for damages.

Approximately 40 minutes from Ueda-Sugadaira or Tobu-Yunomaru IC on the Joshinetsu Expressway (for travelers from the Kanto region) and approximately 40 minutes from Suzaka-Nagano Higashi IC (for travelers from the Chubu/Kansai region).

**From Kanto Region:**
- By public transportation: Take the JR Hokuriku Shinkansen to Ueda Station, then take a bus for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
- By car: From Kan-Etsu Expressway Fujioka JCT, head towards Nagano via Joshinetsu Expressway. Exit at Ueda-Sugadaira IC, take Route 144 towards Sugadaira, and then Route 406 towards Sugadaira.

**From Kansai Region:**
- By public transportation: Transfer at Shinonoi Station on the Chuo Main Line to Shinano Railway and get off at Ueda Station. Then take a bus for 50–60 minutes.
- By car: From Chuo Expressway Okaya JCT and Koshoku JCT, head towards Nagano via Joshinetsu Expressway. Exit at Suzaka-Nagano Higashi IC, follow Route 403 → turn right at Kenodo Intersection onto Prefectural Road No.58 → continue on Route 406 towards Sugadaira Highland.
