"UDON na HOTEL Kotohira" is a new-style Hotel created by renovating a Ryokan. Step through the large noren curtain at the entrance... A straight corridor inspired by the approach to the shrine stretches ahead, lined with "nodate umbrellas" inspired by the Five Farmers. At the end stands a small shrine crafted by ship carpenters, inspired by Konpira-san, drawing you into an atmosphere full of charm...
End your day with authentic Sanuki udon! Enjoy kama-tama style udon, freshly boiled in an udon kettle and served with dashi soy sauce! Location: 1F, UDON BAR Hours: 21:00–22:00
For breakfast, we serve kake udon (udon noodles in broth). This is self-service: please warm it up yourself, pour over our iriko (dried sardine) dashi broth loved in Sanuki, and add your preferred condiments. We offer a wide variety of toppings—enjoy creating your own original UDON. *Please note: We are unable to accommodate allergies such as wheat allergies.
