The dog run, the Onsen, and the meals—everything was really great!The buffet was good, but the set meal dishes were especially excellent.It was raining on our stay date, so thank you very much for letting us check in around 2:30.There were welcome drinks as well, which was wonderful.The Onsen was small, but the water was very nice.We would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed for one night on a rainy day in July. I loved the breakfast and dinner menu and generous portions, free refills of rice and drinks, and the complimentary shaved ice and massage chair service. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all kind, the amenities were satisfying, and above all, the price was affordable. The only disappointing point was that the bathroom floor had moss and mold stains that had caused discoloration. Since the changing area and toilets were very clean, I hope you can improve cleanliness in the bathing area. The bath water—which some Reviews said was too hot—was at a comfortable temperature this time, and I could feel the Hotel’s sincerity. With one dog staying free of charge, indoor/outdoor dog runs, and dogs allowed in the restaurant, this is a wonderful Hotel that is very friendly to both people and dogs. There are many Nasu sightseeing spots around the Hotel, so I would happily return again and again. I wish you continued success for many years to come.
