Shiki-no-Sato Yuraku: Three Charms to Unwind Your Heart
A spacious cottage where you can relax with your dog, a spa experience featuring the rejuvenating Bihada no Mikusa Onsen (one of the Shirahama Onsen sources) and a sauna to gently soothe your body and mind, and comforting Japanese cuisine to ease your travel fatigue. Nestled in the tranquility of an elevated location, "Shiki no Sato Yuraku" offers fresh air that makes you want to take a deep breath. Here, you'll find yourself surrounded by a gentle comfort that lets time flow at its own leisurely pace.

Some of our cottage-style rooms allow you to relax and stay with your dog. The standalone design ensures a comfortable space for both you and your furry friend, offering privacy and peace of mind. With an attached dog run, your pet can move freely in a stress-free environment, even while traveling. Each cottage is equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator, allowing you to prepare meals for your dog or enjoy drinks at your convenience—creating a stay that feels uniquely yours. Morning and evening walks offer refreshing breezes from the hilltops and the crisp air unique to Shirahama, making every moment special. We provide an environment where you can enjoy traveling with your dog more comfortably and naturally than ever before.

Relax and warm your body at Mikusa Onsen, known as "The Beauty Skin Bath," one of the many hot spring sources in Shirahama Onsen. The smooth texture of the water is gentle on the skin, leaving it moisturized and refreshed after bathing—a truly soothing experience. In our spa area, you can enjoy a complete relaxation flow with authentic facilities: high-temperature sauna → cold bath → outdoor air bath. Sweat it out in the sauna, cool down instantly in the cold bath, and feel a calming sensation spreading through your mind as you relax completely. In the outdoor air bath space, let Shirahama's gentle sea breeze caress your cheeks while enjoying deep breaths in a serene atmosphere. For families or couples seeking privacy, we also offer private baths (additional fee), allowing you to enjoy Onsen at your own pace without any distractions. Unwind from travel fatigue and indulge in a rejuvenating spa time that lightens both body and soul.

Dinner features the Shiosai Kaiseki, with beef shabu-shabu as the main dish. It includes sashimi platters, grilled fish, simmered dishes, and small side dishes—offering a simple yet heartwarming taste that is "not flashy but deeply satisfying." Carefully crafted to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients, this meal provides a comforting experience even while traveling. Breakfast is a traditional Japanese set meal consisting of grilled items, small side dishes, egg dishes, rice, and soup. Light and gentle on the stomach in the morning, it’s an ideal way to start your day. The mild saltiness and delicate dashi flavors gently awaken your body after sleep. Additionally, guest rooms are equipped with an IH stove and refrigerator for added convenience during Multiple Night Stays or trips with young children. Enjoy restaurant-prepared meals or simple cooking at your preferred timing—the freedom to choose is one of the unique charms of Shiki no Sato Yuraku.
