A spacious, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area of 21 tatami mats. Including the tatami corner, it offers an expansive 28-tatami-mat sense of openness. The floors are solid Japanese cypress, the walls are finished with natural plaster made from fossil coral, and the ceiling is crafted from Kagoshima cedar—carefully selected materials for a truly comfortable space. Enjoy an indoor environment with minimal temperature differences throughout the house and fresh, pleasant air.

A spacious built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and a center island with a sink. In addition to cooking appliances such as a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, and IH cooktop, we also provide cookware, seasonings, cutlery, tableware, and children’s tableware. We also offer the following amenities and Facility items to support a comfortable stay: free Wi-Fi, smartphone charger, vacuum cleaner, washer-dryer (detergent provided), 75-inch TV (Android TV), large high-quality Bluetooth speaker (Marshall Woburn III), 32-inch monitor (with HDMI cable), and a variety of board games.

A sustainable building designed with an uncompromising commitment to decarbonization

To help prevent global warming, this home is built with a primary focus on decarbonization (LCA: Life Cycle Assessment), featuring a “foundation without concrete,” natural materials instead of chemical products, locally sourced materials, and an ultra energy-efficient design. The innovative foundation structure uses no concrete—which has a high environmental impact and CO₂ emissions—and is designed to appear as if the building is floating without a conventional foundation, similar to traditional stone-based construction.
