We were featured on TBS “THE TIME,”!
Our dog-friendly traditional Japanese house retreat, “Akagiyama -Futokoro-,” nestled at the foot of Mt. Akagi, was featured on TBS’s morning information program “THE TIME,” aired on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
We are truly grateful for this wonderful opportunity to introduce Futokoro to so many people, and our entire team is delighted.
The program highlighted the growing trend of “pet tourism,” introducing dog-friendly sightseeing spots and Gunma Prefecture’s initiatives to expand Accommodations where guests can stay with their dogs—along with a feature on “Akagiyama -Futokoro-.”
In recent years, more and more places around Mt. Akagi have become enjoyable destinations to visit with your dog.
Use “Akagiyama -Futokoro-” as your base to immerse yourself in nature with your dog, explore local attractions, or simply unwind at a relaxed pace.
Mt. Akagi offers many ways to make traveling with your beloved dog even more enjoyable.
