    Our popular private panoramic bath, “Shiki-no-Yu: Mori no Ofuro,” offers an open-air feeling of becoming one with nature—an experience that relaxes both body and mind.

    At the southern end of the Northern Alps, at the foot of Mt. Ontake and 1,300 meters above sea level, Suzuran Kogen is a highland resort Accommodation where you can savor the beauty of every season with all five senses—along with exceptional cuisine.

    We take pride in clay-pot rice, premium Hida beef, dishes made with fresh local ingredients, and Hida’s local sake.

    From our private scenic bath “Shiki-no-Yu: Mori no Ofuro,” you may enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Norikura in the Northern Alps and Mt. Ontake depending on the season. Delight in seasonal plants and charming wildlife such as foxes, raccoon dogs, wild rabbits, and monkeys—plus spring cherry blossoms in full bloom, vivid red autumn leaves at sunset, and a sky filled with stars. Enjoy a truly special holiday while taking in nature’s ever-changing beauty.

    During the winter season (early January to early April), use of the outdoor scenic bath “Shiki-no-Yu: Mori no Ofuro” was suspended; however, it will be available as usual from Saturday, April 11, Reiwa 8.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused over this extended period.
