If any of the following apply, the Cancellation Fee will be waived regardless of the standard cancellation policy.

- A “Storm Warning” or “Special Warning” is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for the Accommodation’s area.
- On the day before or the day of your stay, major transportation you plan to use (Shinkansen, flights, expressways, etc.) is suspended or closed.
- The Accommodation determines it cannot operate due to a power outage, water outage, road closures, etc.
