  • About the Facility

    Chichibunbun NIWA, our Accommodation on a quiet hilltop, features a newly renovated stylish interior and spacious grounds.
    It is comfortable for around 3–4 adults, and we aim to ensure children can enjoy their stay without getting bored.
    Ideal for couples as well, with easy access to town.

    It is also well suited as a base for trekking, hiking, and pilgrimages, as an Accommodation for bikers and anglers, or for remote work.
    Please enjoy a comfortable stay at Chichibunbun, designed to suit many travel purposes.

    The property is over 100 tsubo in size (approx. 330 m²), with an engawa veranda and a garden with artificial turf where you can enjoy BBQs, a hammock, and an inflatable pool.

    The living/dining area has a three-seat sofa and a smart TV. You can also enjoy PlayStation and DVDs.

    A brand-new system kitchen is provided along with a four-seat dining table, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, electric kettle, and rice cooker.

    The system kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and tableware.

    *Salt, pepper, soy sauce vinegar (vinegar), and olive oil are provided. Please bring anything else you may need.

    The toilet is located near the entrance and does not connect directly to the Room area to help protect your privacy.

    The washroom is comfortably sized and includes a washing machine—rare for vacation rentals—making it suitable for longer stays.

    The bath has reheating function. Body soap shampoo conditioner facial cleanser are provided.

    Bedding for three people is stored in the closet of the 6-tatami bedroom. If four adults are staying one person should use the air mattress.

    At the entrance you will find an information board insect spray an air mattress an air pump for inflating the pool etc. Please use them as needed.

    In the outdoor storage shed you will find items such as the BBQ set hammock etc. Please use them with the dedicated key

    Fireworks are limited to handheld fireworks only.
    Using them on artificial turf will melt it so please use them on the opposite side of the property instead.
    Also please fill water in bucket provided for extinguishing fire before use

    With this level of amenities we offer better value than hotels so please be sure to clean up after using any items.

    Parking and Nearby Information

    Due to the slope, only small SUV-type vehicles can park in the on-site parking space.
    For all other vehicle types, please park in the space located in front of the Chichibunbun entrance, next to the trash station collection box, marked by a red cone labeled “Chichibunbun P”.

    There are three within 5 minutes by car.

    【Restaurants】
    There are many nearby. We recommend “Nigurumaya Dining,” which is also within walking distance.

    Hitsujiyama Park and Muse Park are nearby.

  • Important Notes

    - Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb the neighbors.
    - Towels are not provided, so please bring your own.
    - Toothbrushes are not provided, so please bring your own.
    - The outdoor storage door can be difficult to open. Slightly lift the right-hand door and insert the key fully into the keyhole to lock/unlock it.
    - An air mattress and a pool air pump are located by the entrance. They are USB rechargeable, so please charge them in advance before use.
    - Please be very careful not to park in the wrong parking space/location.
    - The forest side has a steep slope and is dangerous, so please do not cross the animal net or enter the forest side area.
    - At check-out, please tidy up, gather and sort your trash, turn off the air conditioner and lights, and make sure all doors/windows are locked.
