This was my first time staying at TAOYA. The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff provided excellent service, making my stay very comfortable. There was a wide variety of food, and everything was truly delicious. The lounge offerings changed throughout the day, so it always felt fresh no matter when I visited. I will definitely come again.

The dinner buffet was tasty overall, but the selection changes depending on the day, so it wasn’t quite to my taste—though others seemed to enjoy it. Two of us were celebrating birthdays on this trip; since there were already many sweets available, we would have preferred a birthday plate rather than ordering a whole cake, but unfortunately it wasn’t offered, which was disappointing.
