  • The food is truly outstanding!

    Dinner requires a Reservation, and this Hotel actually serves excellent food. The seasoning and preparation felt very careful and attentive. The Room is clean, spacious, and well maintained. The front desk staff are also kind. Breakfast is buffet-style; the selection isn’t large, but everything is delicious.

    The Room is spacious and offers ample storage, making it suitable for long-term stays. There are also two power outlets by the bedside, which was very convenient.I also appreciated that the bathroom has a separate washing area, like a typical home.Is the Room shoes-off? It seemed like some guests may have used it with shoes on, so clearly stating the policy would help families with small children feel more comfortable using the Room.Since the Room is so spacious, having two chairs would be appreciated.

    To further enhance our lunchtime service and menu offerings, Restaurant 7's knot will revise its business hours effective October 1, 2026.
    Our regular dinner service will end on September 30, 2026, and from October onward we will focus primarily on lunch service.
    We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has dined with us in the evening.

    Going forward, we will offer an even more appealing lunch experience—featuring dishes made with local ingredients unique to Noshiro and Akita, as well as seasonal menus that let you enjoy the flavors of the time of year—so that you’ll feel like saying, “Let’s enjoy lunch at 7's knot today.”
