Yururi Oku-Nikko with DOGS

It rained unfortunately, but first of all, the staff were wonderful. As soon as we entered, we found a board with our dog’s name on it. When we tried to take a photo, they made a sound from behind to get our dog to look toward the camera, spoke gently to our dog, and guided us smoothly—it really felt like their training is thorough. The Room was spacious, had no noticeable odors at all, was very well cleaned, and felt comfortable! Although the building itself is old, it didn’t feel that way at all.The meals were buffet-style and everything was delicious—especially the yuba (tofu skin), which was so good I went back for seconds (and more)! There was also a buffet for dogs; there weren’t many options, but it was more than enough! Our dog seemed to love something like tomato soup and drank it eagerly! During the meal, a staff member gently said to our dog, “Eat lots,” which warmed my heart!The bath was relaxing, and we had lots of fun at the indoor dog run—completely satisfied! Most of all, we visited for our dog’s birthday trip, and they gave us an assortment of fruit like a birthday plate!! It had a chocolate mousse cake on it so it wasn’t for dogs, but I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness. It was my first time staying at an Accommodation that did something like this for us—I was really moved!! Thank you so much! We will definitely come again!

Our trip with two Toy Poodles and our family of four was so much fun!It was our first time staying overnight with our dogs, and also our first time at an Accommodation that welcomes pets.The Facility was well equipped, beautiful, and very clean.I have a dog allergy so I was worried, but I had no issues.The Onsen was amazing!We were concerned it might be hot since there is no air conditioning, but it was surprisingly cool for midsummer and very comfortable.Meals were described as a half buffet, so we expected only a few options, but there was a great variety of dishes and everything was delicious.They also had draft beer, and the drink selection was excellent.There was even a buffet for dogs, plus a snack corner. The photo spot and the lovely dog run were also fantastic!Yahoo Travel has a high Point Rate,and you can use your Earn Points in advance, so it felt like a much better deal than other sites.It looks like there are many affiliated Hotels as well,so we would definitely like to stay again.
