    There is a fully equipped grooming room, and the high-quality shampoo and conditioner were excellent—we were very satisfied.The view was disappointing due to dense fog and rain, but we had a great time playing in the covered dog run. We also received plenty of treats and food for our dogs, so we will definitely be back.

  • Due to heavy rain…

    After staying in Toi the previous night, we took it easy, but this day brought such heavy rain that a weather warning was issued. There was nowhere to stop along the way with our dog, so we arrived early. While we were waiting in the car, they kindly let us use the dog run on the first floor a little ahead of time, which truly helped us.All of the staff were very pleasant. This time we had our meal in the Room, and the Asian staff member who brought it to us spoke excellent Japanese and served us with a constant smile.There is also an open-air bath outside; the water was soft and the temperature was just right, so we went in several times. Unfortunately, because of the weather, the view was misty and hard to see—if it had been clear, I’m sure it would have been wonderful. That was our only disappointment, so we’d like to visit again when the weather is better.

Historic Izusan Onsen

Izusan Onsen, closely associated with Minamoto no Yoritomo and Hojo Masako, is rich in history and still boasts an abundant flow of hot spring water today. Its mildly alkaline sulfate spring is expected to help remove dead skin for a smooth feel and promote clearer-looking skin by cleansing pores and breaking down melanin. Our large public bath lets you fully enjoy this sulfate spring—known as one of Japan’s three famed “beauty” spring types and highly praised by Onsen sommeliers—and also features a sauna and cold plunge pool.
