Notice from the Accommodation

■Optional fees in addition to the Accommodation Fee
- Sauna use: JPY 5,000 per night (tax not included)
- Shower room use: JPY 4,000 per night (tax not included)
- Firewood sold on-site: JPY 2,000 per bundle (tax not included)

■House rules and liability for damages
- If vomiting, urine/feces, or other significant soiling occurs, standard cleaning may not be sufficient. In such cases, we will arrange special cleaning and charge a special cleaning fee from JPY 55,000 plus the Accommodation Fee for the number of days we are unable to operate.

- If smoking indoors is discovered, we will likewise charge a special cleaning fee of JPY 33,000. If the odor cannot be removed, we will also charge the Accommodation Fee for the number of days we are unable to operate.
