Aichi Prefecture／Nagoya CityI stayed for two nights. The staff were very friendly and provided pleasant service. I noticed an odor in the hallway and elevator, but there was no odor inside the Room. It was a bit stressful that the bath hot water was slow to come out and took time. The guest Room was clean and comfortable.

The only downside was that the pillow was hard, which caused slight shoulder stiffness; having options would be appreciated. The breakfast was simple yet sufficient and satisfying.
