Aizu Kogen Hoshi no Sato Hotel

This was my first trip to Minamiaizu after visiting Aizu several times.I made a Reservation looking forward to the starry sky.The Accommodation had plenty of shared spaces filled with the warmth of wood and a playful touch.The dishes, a collaboration of French cuisine and local ingredients, were well received by my family. The portions were more than enough for us.We were able to see the starry sky as hoped, and it was truly moving.I’d love to visit again.

My husband and I stayed here during Golden Week. It was our first time in Minamiaizu, and we were truly overwhelmed—in the best way—by the untouched, “nothing there” scenery. From the moment we arrived at the Accommodation, the soothing scent of wood welcomed us. Our Room had a private Onsen bath, and we soaked again and again in the silky water. We also loved relaxing in the spacious Japanese-Western style Room, spending quiet time on the balcony, enjoying delicious meals, and gazing at the starry sky at night—there was no greater luxury. Above all, it was incredibly peaceful. Aside from mealtimes, we hardly saw anyone, and we were able to take our time and simply enjoy being together. This is a wonderful Accommodation that made us wish we didn’t have to leave. We will definitely return.
