Nagano Prefecture／Kiso TownI stayed here on a motorcycle touring trip! The staff were kind, and I was able to relax.Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. I don’t usually eat that much, but I ended up getting seconds several times.The Room has no windows. When you turn off the lights, it becomes completely dark. Since I’m sensitive to light and noise, I slept very well. (I felt there weren’t enough toilets.)

It also came with several small side dishes, so overall satisfaction was high.Alcohol was also available at reasonable prices, which was great.Breakfast:It’s free, but the quality is higher than staying at an inexpensive Business Hotel.What concerned me:It can be hard to find staff at the front desk outside check-in hours. (It feels like thorough cost-cutting, which I actually appreciated.)There were items left in the refrigerator from a previous guest, and it was also broken. (I reported it to the front desk and they replaced it immediately, which was good.)The sauna in the bath area wasn’t turned on (power off?), so I couldn’t use it. (They responded when I informed the front desk, but it took time to heat up and that was a bit disappointing.)Having a sauna is nice, but since it’s located in the changing room area, the changing room gets very hot and you don’t stop sweating easily.Despite a few concerns, I stayed at a very low price for the level of service, so I would definitely like to stay again.
