We stayed here for a family trip with our dog.Overall, we were very satisfied, except that the steps at the entrance to the dog run were a bit hard to go down because they were like wooden clogs on the terrace. The bath being a free-flowing natural hot spring Onsen was wonderful.We’d love to stay again.Thank you for your hospitality.

The Onsen pool temperature can be adjusted, and even after soaking for two hours we didn’t feel tired.There is also a washer-dryer with detergent provided, so we were able to finish all our laundry before check-out!Next time the kids are eager to come back with rice and use the rice cooker too—they’re already planning a rematch!The only reason I deducted one star for the Facility was that there were some overly stylish steps/level changes, and it’s easy to misstep and drop down unexpectedly. Not only my elderly mother, but even the younger adults nearly hurt their feet or backs by stepping down without noticing. In particular, the entrance to the bath area was hard to see because of the colors and felt dangerous.Still, it was a wonderful place! We’d love to stay again!

- Pets allowed for accommodation must be small to medium-sized dogs (generally under 15kg) that have received rabies and infectious disease vaccinations within the past year, as well as treatment for fleas, ticks, and parasites.
- Pets should not be in heat, pregnant, or at risk of going into heat during their stay.
- Any damage or stains caused to facilities, furniture, or equipment will incur additional charges.
- Pets must be trained against excessive barking and toilet accidents.
- If marking or accidents occur outside designated areas within the facility, owners are required to clean up using provided cleaning tools.
- Please avoid leaving pets alone inside the facility whenever possible.
