    Incidents involving smoke or fire caused by mobile batteries have been reported both in Japan and overseas. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines when using mobile batteries in your room:

    - Please refrain from charging mobile batteries when you leave the room (e.g., when going out).

    - When charging portable electronic devices from a mobile battery, or charging a mobile battery using the in-room power supply, please do not charge near windows where it may be exposed to direct sunlight, or on/near flammable items such as beds or sheets.

    - While charging, please use the device only where you can keep it under your supervision at all times to help prevent any unexpected issues.

    - If any of the above situations are found during room cleaning while you are staying with us for a Multiple Night Stay, our staff may relocate the mobile battery or stop charging to ensure safety. Thank you for your understanding.
