What we aim to share through our Property is the charm of a more intimate town and the connections between people. "The neighborhood temple with many stray cats," "the long-established coffee shop known only to locals," "the cheerful owner of a delicious yakitori restaurant," or "a casual walking path to enjoy the town's scenery." We hope the "everyday life" of this town becomes an "extraordinary experience" for our guests. ■ Relaxing interior unique to a traditional Japanese house While the water-related areas such as the shower and toilet have been renovated, the walls and ceilings retain the original 100-year-old design. It offers a comforting atmosphere that feels familiar even on your first visit. There is also a courtyard, and imagining yourself enjoying craft beer on the veranda in summer is truly exciting. ■ Breezy shared spaces The shared space, combined with the first-floor CAFE & BAR, features an open entrance with a refreshing breeze, creating a liberating atmosphere. A shared kitchen is also available, where guests can enjoy fun hot pot parties or meals together. ■ A 5-minute walk to the port Located just a 5-minute walk from Hakata Port, a stroll while feeling the sea breeze is exceptional. The "Bayside Place Hakata" complex offers shopping and gourmet experiences. Adjacent to the Hakata Port Passenger Terminal, it includes municipal ferries, Hakata Bay cruise ships, the 70-meter-tall Hakata Port Tower (free admission), a giant cylindrical aquarium, and a waterfront market dealing in agricultural and marine products, among other Facilities.
