Opened in 2018! Just a 3-minute walk from Miyako Station, we have created a guesthouse filled with passion in a convenient location! Equipped with a kitchen, it is perfect for long-term stays. The lounge bar is lively with events. Enjoy the food and people of Miyako. How can we share the charm of this town with people outside the region? How can we spend enjoyable times together with the locals? How can we take pride in our hometown? These were the questions we kept pondering, and the answer we arrived at was to create a guesthouse that serves as the "gateway to the town." Starting in March 2017, we searched for a property with like-minded companions who shared our vision. A year later, in March 2018, we decided to build a heartfelt guesthouse in the heart of Miyako, in Suehiro-cho. Renovation work began in May of the same year, and we officially opened in August. With the support of many people, we opened 3710 in this place. To make visitors fall in love with this town even more. To help the residents here enjoy this town even more. And to allow us to take even greater pride in this town.
