A bar in Saitama City has reopened as an Onsen bar where you can stay overnight, featuring a sulfur hot spring with free-flowing natural water. Enjoy authentic cocktails crafted by a veteran bartender with 50 years of experience, including 37 years at a Tokyo Hotel bar and 12 years running his own establishment in Saitama. Savor aged sake carefully selected by a certified sake sommelier, as well as premium local sake from Shinshu and The whole country. Relish the exceptional taste of Asahi Draft Premium Jukusen, made even better with a special line-cleaning process. For meals, we offer appetizers made with locally sourced highland vegetables and ingredients once used in Tokyo Hotel kitchens.
