  • The hot spring was wonderful.

    I traveled solo for one night and two days from 9/6 to 9/7, and soaking in the water truly lived up to what you’d expect from Gero Onsen—I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The meals were just the right amount, not too much or too little, and everything was delicious. Unfortunately, it rained so I couldn’t do much sightseeing, which was a bit disappointing, but I did make it to the morning market. I’d like to visit Gero Onsen again someday.

  • It was very helpful even for a wheelchair user.

    We stayed using a borrowed wheelchair, and the staff provided attentive support, which was a great help.
