| Breakfast | Please enjoy our Japanese-style set breakfast served at “Chaya Kumeya.” Our delicious white rice is made with an original Komoro-grown blended rice, cooked fluffy and glossy. The miso soup features the rich umami of “Yamabuki Miso,” light yet full of depth and tradition. A salad packed with local highland vegetables is served with our special dressing made by blending Shinshu miso with mayonnaise. The tray is also complemented by items such as our irresistible rolled omelet (dashimaki tamago). The Western-style set breakfast is available exclusively to guests staying two nights or more. |
