Saga Prefecture／Fujitsu DistrictOf course, this long-established Ryokan takes pride in its fisherman's cuisine, abundantly using seafood from the Ariake Sea, including Takezaki crab.
We enjoyed a delicious, filling meal with fresh sashimi, two Takezaki crabs (one male and one female), plenty of grilled oysters, steamed clams, tempura, and crab rice porridge. The Onsen sauna and open-air bath were closed, but the indoor bath had a bubble bath feature, and we went in three times. This is an Onsen Ryokan we would love to visit again.
