Ryokan Kojo

I had a Reservation for the Kasumi Geo Taxi from 8:30, so I left home at 4:30 in the morning. After enjoying the San’in Geopark from the boat, I arrived at the Ryokan early. They kindly let me into my Room a little ahead of time, so I was able to take a nap—truly grateful.That evening, I went to the Kasumi Hometown Festival (the seaside fireworks display), and due to traffic I returned to the Ryokan later than expected, but I was glad I could still use the bath. Since other guests were also going to the fireworks, they thoughtfully extended the bathing hours.As you’d expect from a cuisine-focused Ryokan, breakfast is absolutely delicious—I’m a repeat guest for that reason as well. Above all, every staff member is polite and kind, and their guest-centered care is truly admirable. The clean and well-maintained Ryokan reflects their genuine hospitality. It was a wonderful holiday both physically and mentally. Thank you very much.

When I requested a set meal for dinner and mentioned my allergies, they kindly substituted the ingredients. Even though it was a set meal, it also came with sashimi, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast had many dishes and was delicious as well. It was a small, clean Ryokan.
