    2. Artisan dinner: Our owner, a sushi chef from Niigata, serves carefully selected fish dishes. To finish your dinner, enjoy authentic nigiri sushi.

    3. Soothing log cabin stay: Comfortable log-cabin guest rooms let you savor an extraordinary getaway—wake up to the songs of wild birds in the morning.

  • “Ippo” is a small log cabin Accommodation on Mt. Madarao (800 m elevation), where you can enjoy authentic nigiri sushi and Japanese sake.

    “Ippo” primarily accepts Reservations through domestic booking sites and direct bookings, so 99% of our guests are from Japan. Even as inbound tourism continues to grow, we are committed to preserving the same unchanging comfort where Japanese guests can truly relax as always.
    When we welcome guests from overseas, we aim to be a warm Accommodation where you can naturally experience authentic Japanese culture and hospitality by sharing the same space as our domestic guests.
