The staff were very courteous, dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, and the spacious bath was enjoyable. If I had to mention one thing, rice and miso soup were served at the end of the meal, which felt a bit heavy after finishing the other dishes. That said, the rice was very tasty and there was a great selection of side dishes, so I think it offers excellent value for money. It might have been available if we had asked, but it would have been nice to have a haori jacket.

The taste and portion sizes were satisfying, so I would rate it as fairly good overall. The in-room toilet was spacious and clean, but the water pressure was weak and we had to flush several times. The large public bath was not very big, but it was convenient because it was close by. The front desk staff deserve five stars.It felt more comfortable than the price would suggest.
