  • I was truly impressed by the front desk staff.

    It was a No Meals Included Plan. I checked in after 8:00 PM and left the Hotel by 7:30 AM. Since it was a no-meals Plan and I didn’t need to do any shopping, there wasn’t much that stood out… but the service from the two male front desk staff members was outstanding. They were polite yet approachable, and they spoke at a pace that matched the guest—truly wonderful hospitality. The Hotel wasn’t new, but I had a very comfortable stay.

  • The front desk staff were very helpful, and the large public Onsen bath uses the same Kinsen water as Arima Onsen, which was very relaxing.
