  • Outstanding Cuisine!! A Thoughtful Accommodation

    The food was simply outstanding!! The tempura was perfectly crisp and had a flavor that set it apart from the usual. It felt like they carefully timed everything so we could enjoy it at its best—such thoughtful hospitality. Since it was a hot day, they first brought us nicely chilled oshibori towels, and then served dish after dish at just the right pace. Every single item was truly delicious, and you could see their care in the presentation and tableware as well—it was a wonderfully happy time.For Jinseki beef, you can choose sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, or yakiniku. After much debate we chose sukiyaki, and the meat was tender and delicate—absolutely delicious!! I’d love to try it as shabu-shabu or yakiniku next time too!!! Even the final rice dish and the morning egg dishes could be chosen individually for each person, which is such an amazing touch that lets everyone enjoy the meal even more.The bath was under renovation so we used a nearby Onsen Facility instead, but they even kindly included late-night ramen as an apology? It was a truly soothing trip thanks to all the wonderful food and heartfelt consideration.
