  • A satisfying Hotel.

    This was my first time making a Reservation and staying here. The Hotel staff were kind and very polite. When I went out, they bowed to me and even pressed the elevator buttons for me, which I thought was wonderful. I was impressed, as it’s not something everyone can do. As for the Room, it felt a bit old, but I had no particular complaints. Breakfast was also delicious and satisfying. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much for this stay.

  • The welcome drink service had ended as it was outside the designated hours.

    Because I had to work late, I arrived after 9:00 PM. It seems the welcome drink was available until 8:00 PM, but I was disappointed that I couldn’t make it in time. If I have the chance next time, I’d like to enjoy it. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes—more than I could finish—and everything was deliciously prepared. The Room was also clean and comfortable.
