    I stayed here for my younger sister’s birthday. The beef in the kaiseki course with Shinshu Premium Beef was very tender, and even when it cooled down, it didn’t feel heavy or greasy—absolutely delicious. All the other dishes were also excellent, and we were very satisfied. Perhaps because I mentioned the birthday in advance, we also received a surprise gift, which made us very happy. The Onsen was wonderful too, and my sister said it was a shame we only managed to use it twice. From the warm welcome on arrival to being seen off at departure, it felt heartfelt all the way through—not just a quick goodbye at the front desk. Thank you very much.

    We stayed here around this time last year as well.For Mother’s Day, four of us stayed together—my friend and her mother, and me and my mother.Because our mothers are elderly and were afraid the large public bath might be slippery, we requested a Room with an open-air bath.The Room was clean and well equipped with amenities, the staff were very kind, and the bath was wonderful.We plan to visit again next year.Thank you very much for making it such a great trip.
