Very clean and stylish. Check-in is also seamless.There is a kitchen, so you can cook, but we only used the refrigerator.Having two sinks and two refrigerators/air conditioners was very convenient. It would be perfect if there were a washing machine.The location is a 5-minute walk on flat roads from Maruyama Koen Station. Enter the PIN code to take the elevator up to the 3rd-floor reception, then enter your guest information and the password you received by email on the computer to complete check-in.Another plus: although it’s a bit of a walk, there’s a bus stop to Otaru within walking distance, so we were able to travel cheaply without going into Sapporo first.It would be nice if that kind of information were included as well.

We stayed as a family of four. The Room had a small kitchen, dishes and cutlery, and a refrigerator about the size for single living. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which was convenient. The Room was spacious, so we could relax comfortably. It felt like being at home, which we really appreciated. I wish there had been dedicated parking nearby.
