Each floor has its own entrance door, as well as separate toilets and bathrooms. Equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, and chopsticks, the Facility allows for self-catering, so you can relax and enjoy your time indoors with your group. Additionally, the Facility is located in a commercial area, with many izakayas and bars within walking distance. Our Facility boasts a convenient location and a calm environment slightly removed from the bustling downtown area. It is within walking distance of Utsunomiya Station, offering excellent accessibility. The surrounding area features parks and green spaces, allowing you to enjoy nature through walks or jogging.
