It was my first time visiting Furu-yu Onsen, and my first stay at a Ryokan in a while. From the moment we were picked up, the service was attentive. They noticed my son’s yukata was too long and coming undone, kindly spoke to us, and brought a smaller size to our Room. For some reason dinner was served in the banquet hall, but our family of four could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. The food and the Onsen were wonderful! The large public bath wasn’t crowded, and the Accommodation was quiet throughout—very nice.

When I made the Reservation, you kindly called to let me know there weren’t many places nearby for dinner, so I chose the plan with dinner included. There was more food than I could finish, but it was delicious so I forced myself to eat it all (lol). Overall, I’m very satisfied. If I had to say one thing, it would have been nice to have a sauna or a shower in the Room. Even so, I was able to relax and really enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in the area. Thank you very much.
