[Regarding the Cancellation Policy in the Event of Typhoons or Natural Disasters]
Special Provisions for Typhoons and Natural Disasters
If any of the following applies, the Cancellation Fee will be waived regardless of the standard policy.

- If a “Storm Warning” or “Special Warning” has been issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for the area where the Accommodation is located
- If, on the day before or on your scheduled date of use, major transportation required for your travel (Shinkansen, flights, expressways, etc.) is suspended or closed
- If we determine that it is difficult to operate due to circumstances on our side (including power outages, water outages, road closures, etc.)
