I’ve stayed here many times.The rates are affordable, the Hotel is clean,and I can fully enjoy Spa World for two days,so I’m always grateful!It would be even more appreciated if the parking fee were not limited to a 24-hour period,but instead set as a flat rate (e.g., 1,000 yen)from the check-in day through the end of the check-out day.
I was able to stay at a great price with a last-minute discount Plan.The Plan includes two days of access to Spa World and the pool, so it feels like an especially good deal during the off-season.The Room was a New Building Single and very clean.I didn’t notice any major drawbacks.It only has a shower booth, but since I used the large public bath, that wasn’t an issue.There was also one complimentary bottle of water provided.This time I got lucky and had a perfect view of Tsutenkaku from the window!It’s not something you get to experience often, so I really enjoyed it.There is also individual air conditioning, so even if you feel hot after bathing, it doesn’t get uncomfortable at night.The New Building Rooms are non-smoking, but there is a guest-only smoking area on the same floor as the New Building entrance,so there’s no need to go all the way to the smoking space on Spa World’s 3rd floor.The Room is available from 3:00 PM on day one,but being able to use the baths, sauna, and pool from 10:00 AM is a big advantage.After check-in you can go out as well,so you can eat dinner outside, come back to the Hotel, and enjoy another bath.Breakfast the next morning was buffet-style. It wasn’t particularly luxurious,but it felt filling enough and I was satisfied.In addition to what’s shown in photos, there were curry, udon noodles, desserts, a drink bar, etc.Even close to closing time they refilled items reasonably well, so running out didn’t seem likely.You may want to bring tabi socks or regular socks or disposable slippers.This Hotel is basically barefoot throughout and there are no rugs in the Room,but since it’s a buffet area where food can spill sometimes, that did concern me slightly.Even after checking out at 10:00 AM,as long as you don’t leave the Facility you can stay inside without any additional chargeand continue using the baths and pool.If you don’t have other plans you can even stay until evening,so for anyone who wants long sessions in the baths & sauna (and pool), it’s an ideal environment.So rather than staying here mainly for sightseeing nearby,it’s better to make Plans that prioritize bathing/sauna (and pool) when staying hereso you have plenty of time and can enjoy everything at your own pace.If your plan is to head out right away for sightseeing,a nearby Hotel will likely be cheaper—and staying here might feel like wasted value instead.Highly recommended especially for bath and sauna lovers!
