The name "HYOUBOU" is a coined term combining "Hanada-iro" (a traditional Japanese color, a bright pale blue) and "Bouyou" (a vast and boundless expanse). It was named after the color of the early spring sky as seen from the gently elevated hill where the buildings stand, and the endless expanse of the sky and sea.
