  • Summer Vacation Memories with My Grandchild

    My husband, our grandchild, and I stayed here as a group of three. Our second-grade grandchild loves Onsen, but the large public bath was too hot to enter; the open-air bath was fine. We went in together three times and were very satisfied. I thought the door for the shortcut to Yubatake was locked, and I ended up speaking to a male restaurant staff member while he looked busy cleaning up. When I asked if it seemed locked, he kindly walked over with me to check and opened the door for us. He was an international staff member, but his Japanese was excellent, and his polite, pleasant service made me very happy. All of the restaurant staff were wonderful as well, including the chef making omelets. Everyone was friendly, we enjoyed our meal, and we left with a great impression. Thank you very much. Thanks to all of you, we had a lovely trip.

  • I was able to relax in a calm and comfortable atmosphere.

    Before our trip, we had seen in Reviews that the food was delicious, so our expectations were high. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, and we really enjoyed them. The dining area was also calm and warmly inviting, which felt very relaxing. The baths were wonderful—just what you’d expect from Kusatsu... Since it’s close to Yubatake, we were also able to see the beautifully illuminated Yubatake at night. It’s a Hotel we would definitely love to visit again.
