We have stayed here many times, but this was our first time reserving a cottage.Late at night, a large spider appeared, and I became too frightened to feel comfortable staying there, so I spoke with the front desk. The staff were very kind and gladly changed us to an in-house Room. We are deeply grateful for their thoughtful support. Thank you very much.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 8/27/2026We stayed in a Japanese-Western style room with three people.It was spacious and clean, and we were able to relax. The bathroom and toilet were separate and both were spacious, so we could relax there as well.However, the tatami in the Japanese-style area was quite worn, which was disappointing. Also, while the large public bath itself is very nice, some day-use guests acted as if they owned the place and were being loud in the sauna, which didn’t feel pleasant.Maybe it would have been more relaxing if we had used the morning bath, but I hope it can be made possible to bathe calmly at night as well.All of the staff were very pleasant, and Lala-chan in the lobby was wonderful.It’s a bit far away, but I think this is one Facility I’d like to use again. Thank you very much for this stay.
