[Important] Terms and Conditions for Using Dog-Friendly Rooms
To use the Dog-Friendly Room, we have established various conditions to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone.
Please review and agree to the terms before making a reservation.
【1】Regarding Dogs Allowed for Accommodation
- Small, medium, or large dogs weighing less than 30kg and at least 5 months old.
- A maximum of 2 dogs can stay per room. Please consult us if you wish to bring more than 2 dogs.
- Extra-large breeds and fighting breeds (Pit Bull, Tosa Inu, Mastiff) are not allowed.
- Dogs must be indoor-trained with proper toilet habits. If marking is a concern, please use a belly band.
- Dogs should have basic training to avoid disturbing other guests (e.g., no excessive barking, jumping on people, or damaging facilities).
- Female dogs must not be in heat (approximately four weeks from the start of their cycle) or pregnant.
- Dogs undergoing treatment for illness or injury are not permitted.
- Ensure your dog is clean with flea/tick prevention measures and has been bathed prior to arrival.
【2】Regarding Vaccinations
- Your dog must have received rabies vaccination and a combination vaccine covering at least five diseases within the past year.
- Alternatively, proof of sufficient antibody levels through titer testing is acceptable.
- If vaccinations were skipped due to medical treatment or allergies, please provide a "Vaccination Exemption Certificate" or "Medical Diagnosis Certificate" issued by your veterinarian.
