- We provide a video guide for directions to Shell Beach Hamana Lake. As it is a bit tricky to find, please make sure to check it out.
The route starts from the intersection near the Osaki Self-Defense Fire Brigade building at 1537-1 Osaki, Mikkabi-cho, Kita-ku, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and leads to the location. (Located along the Hamana Lake Cycling Path)

- Provided amenities include toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, hairdryer, dishes, cooking utensils as well as salt, pepper, soy sauce and oil.
- Items you need to prepare: pajamas and food/drinks.

Check-in is primarily self-service. Please open the black key box located next to the entrance door of the building by aligning its dial; inside you will find the key for entry.

The key box code will be provided either on the day before or on your check-in day.

If you create or log in with your user account on our TV or projector system during your stay, please ensure that you log out after use. We cannot take responsibility for any issues caused by failure to log out.

When using gas fan heaters (during winter), they will automatically stop after 4.5 hours of operation for safety reasons; please ventilate and wait 3–5 minutes before restarting them again. Continuous use beyond five hours may trigger gas leak detectors causing gas supply interruption.
