  • Everything is perfect, but… the only issue is the refrigerator…

    The Hotel was very clean and there was nothing to complain about, but the refrigerator was next to the pillow, and the motor noise came through directly...That was the only drawback.

    This was my second stay at this accommodation.Due to a significant reservation mistake on my part, the staff at Kanraku kindly assisted me, resolving the issue smoothly. I truly appreciate their help. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.The front desk staff, though young, provided clear explanations, and the cleaning staff greeted guests politely. The hotel was clean, and while the room was slightly compact, it was well-equipped and thoroughly cleaned, making my stay comfortable.I will definitely choose this accommodation again when visiting Akita. Thank you for your hospitality.
